Pat is a certifed technician and has been with us for over 16 years. She is an invaluable member of our team.  In essence she is our head nurse.  Pat assists in surgery, monitoring our patients under anesthesia.  She takes care of our hospitalized patients and does both full body and dental radiographs when needed. 
No Description Megan Althaus, Animal Health Technician
Megan has been with us for 3 years.  She was working in an animal hospital in Arizona before moving to Portland.  Megan splits her duties between reception work and animal health technician.  She is very knowledgeable in both taking care of our client needs at front desk and performing various duties as a technician.  These duties include: assisting in surgery, taking radiographs, caring for hospitalized patients and performing dental cleanings.
Shauna Leistiko, Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant
Shauna has been with us for over 3 years and is an excellent asset to the hospital.  She performs many responsiblities as a receptionist and often is the first person to greet you when you arrive.  Shauna also is very helpful with care of our patients.  She is always willing to help with medicating patients and assists in surgery when needed.
   
  Amanda Maddalena, Veterinary Assistant
Amanda has been with us for a 2 years and has a vital role in patient care as well as maintaining the hospital.  She cares for boarded and hospitalized patients as well as keeping the hospital and kennel area clean.  This is a very big job now the the hospital is about 4 time bigger than it use to be!
  Kristy Tompkins, Veterinary Technician
Kristy has been working with us for a year.  She comes with 5 years of training from her previous employer.  She has experience in prepping for and assisting in surgery, taking radiographs, caring for hospitalized patients and performing dental cleanings.  Kristy is a true animal lover with two dogs of her own named Bluie and Bomber (she would have 10 dogs if her house and yard allowed!).
